Traffic Management Inc. had an established brand and a highly specialised services offering (traffic-control planning, equipment rentals, custom signs, infrastructure).
Their existing site lacked the premium, modern feel to match their service quality and didn’t fully reflect their scale across locations.

Discovery & Strategy We conducted a full audit of Traffic Management’s brand positioning, service lines and geographic footprint. With that insight we defined a sitemap and user journey focused on clarity, trust and lead-conversion.
Design & Build We crafted a unique UI: high contrast black & white layout, premium accent purple touches aligned with our own design aesthetic, strong bold imagery of field operations. The design is fully responsive and optimised for both desktop and mobile. Service pages and location pages were created to reflect the company’s regional reach and varied offerings (equipment rentals, custom signs, planning/permits).
Launch & Optimisation We implemented the site in a CMS platform, integrated the enquiry/contact form with simplified fields, ensured site-speed and mobile-performance optimisation, structured for SEO (service + location pages). After launch we provided training and ongoing support to ensure the client can extend and maintain the site.
